**About the Role**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- ** Inventory Management**:Monitor stock levels and inform the Restaurant Manager or Assistant Manager when items are running low.
- ** Restaurant Cleanliness**:Maintain a clean and welcoming environment throughout the restaurant, including dining areas and service stations.
- ** Host Support**:Assist the Head Host in managing the seven rooms, ensuring smooth seating and guest flow.
- ** Training Support**:Assist in training new staff on menu items and service procedures to maintain high standards of service and consistency.
- ** Customer Relations**:Foster positive relationships with managers, colleagues, and guests, ensuring a friendly and professional atmosphere at all times.
- ** Lost and Found**: Take responsibility for following up on lost and found items, ensuring proper procedures are followed.
- ** Complaint Resolution**:Address customer comments or complaints promptly and professionally. If issues cannot be resolved, escalate them to the Restaurant Manager for assistance.
- ** Multitasking Excellence**: Handle multiple tasks efficiently to ensure smooth operations during busy periods.
