**Your role**
- Are you detail oriented, even when multitasking? Do you know how to shine in a supporting role? We’re looking for someone like that to help us:

- undertake preparatory work, transaction processing, and control & reconciliations tasks. The range of tasks include but are not limited to confirmations drafting, trade validation, settlement and trade reconciliations, and risk metrics monitoring and review
- provide support and advice for front and middle office staff, who may need specialized knowledge relating to trade processing, settlement and confirmations. You may also need to correspond with other internal stakeholders like legal, compliance and our technology colleagues when the need arises
- work closely with team members to deliver the targeted and desired outcomes in the course of your daily work
- interface with internal and external clients to provide operational and administrative support as needed
- see that Operations processes - OTC derivatives businesses - comply with regulations, guidelines, standards and policies

**Your team**
- You’ll be working in the OTC Derivatives Settlements team in Singapore. Our role is to support line managers and employees across all business divisions (including facing off senior Ops management; strategic change groups; and risk governance committees). We help by taking ownership and accountability over the production and service delivery of OTC Derivatives Settlements to businesses across Wealth Management functions.

**Your expertise**
- You have:

- a university degree
- an understanding of the trade lifecycle of the OTC business landscape
- strong risk-controlled mindset in examining design and operating effectiveness of established controls
- track record of being client focused
- an awareness of the industry / regulatory environment within the OTC Derivatives Market
- interacted with middle/front office to resolve trade discrepancies and articulate risks
- great computer skills and the willingness to learn new programs and process flows
- You are:

- adaptable, with strong interpersonal skills
- are able to challenge the status quo with an aim of enhancing the quality and efficiency of our service delivery
- able to work under pressure
