WHAT WILL YOU WORK ON?

Key Deliverables include -Pre-season
- Develop the topline plan including retail sales, margin, and inventory KPI’s
- Create informed plans against line of business (full-price and off-price), categories, gender, and business units
- Establish weekly and monthly sales and seasonal inventory plans and targets
- Ensure the retail plan & metrics are aligned against the Open To Buy plan, across territory/geography partners
- Drive Collaboration and include input from key stakeholders including Finance, Analytics, Retail Planning, Inventory Operations, Marketing, Operations, Supply Chain, and Merchandising to gain alignment on financial plans.

In-season
- Identify potential opportunities and/or risks in the business against sales and inventory plans; develop actionable recommendations for execution
- Create & manage monthly (rolling 6 seasons) open to buy forecast (sales, inventory, margin, WOS) against plan dimensions of category, gender, business unit for the account; adjust plans if necessary
- Scorecard weekly results to plan, collaborate with cross-functional team to build strategies aimed to maximize consumer demand
- Drive and facilitate monthly business review with key stakeholders and channel GM to gain alignment on proposed forecast

Post-season
- Develop topline business review of business versus budget, forecast, and prior year
- Share business review with Geo, territory and internal cross functional partners

WHO WILL YOU WORK WITH?

You will work across both the Territory and Geography, and across multiple key stakeholders to drive topline business strategy within a fast-growing and dynamic business channel. In this role, you will lead pre-season and in-season forecast alignment, as well as develop scenario plans that identify risk & opportunity. You will partner with Retail Planning to ensure business plans are in line with assortment strategies. This role will guide retail sales & inventory planning, leveraging open to buy management to deliver revenue, margin, and inventory productivity goals across line of business, categories, gender and business units (Footwear/Apparel/Equipment).

WHAT YOU BRING TO NIKE
- Degree (e.g. Bachelor's) in Business or related field
- 6 years' retail relevant experience in merchandise/business/demand/supply planning; experience working in a vertical retailer with digital commerce preferred
- Ability to understand retail KPI’s, consumer metrics/persona’s, and formulate strategy/execution to drive toward revenue, margin, and inventory targets
- Intellectual curiosity, able to think creatively and offer fresh ideas
- Strong influencing skills and ability to champion complex projects both cross functionally and vertically within the organization
- Highly developed verbal and written communication skills with ability to simplify the complex and communicate effectively with executive leadership
- Strong cross-team calibration; Inspire high levels of engagement, trust and collaboration across diverse group of stakeholders
- Ability to excel in highly matrixed organization; ability to effectively balance needs of multiple stakeholders, self-directed and comfortable working in ambiguous environment
