**Job Description:
A Sales & Marketing Engineer is responsible for promoting and selling technical products and services by leveraging their understanding of both the engineering aspects and the market need. This role demands a unique blend of technical expertise and sales/marketing skills. It requires individuals who can effectively communicate complex technical information to potential customers while understanding their needs and preferences to drive sales.

**Key Responsibilities:
- Client Interaction: _Engage with clients or potential customers to demonstrate the product/service's value proposition. This includes conducting presentations, product demonstrations, and addressing technical inquiries. Maintain relationships with existing clients, address their concerns, and identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling.
- Market Analysis: _Conduct market research to understand industry trends, competitive products, and customer needs. Use this information to refine sales and marketing strategies.
- Team Collaboration: _Work closely with the engineering team to provide feedback on customer needs and market demands. Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a cohesive approach to customer interactions.
- Sales Functioning: _Prepare quotations, regular sales reports, analyse data, and provide insights to management regarding sales performance, market trends, and potential growth opportunities.

**Required Skills and Qualifications:
Min. Diploma in Engineering or a related field.

Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Sales and negotiation skills.

Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment.

Analytical and problem-solving skills.

Proficiency in using CRM (Customer Relationship Management) software and other relevant sales tools.

Proficiency in Microsoft.
