**Position Summary**:
The Project Manager will be expected to proactively manage internal teams, as well as software projects for mission-critical cashless management systems of IoT hardware available globally. Using your experience with the Agile methodology, you will transport the industry of fun into the 21st century.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Leading sprint planning sessions
- Coordinating teams and internal resources
- Managing project progress and adapt work as required
- Ensuring projects meet well thought out deadlines
- Managing relationships with clients and stakeholders
- Designing and signing off on contracts
- Overseeing all incoming and outgoing project documentation
- Participating in tender process i.e. design, submission and review
- Articulating risk mitigation plans
- Conducting project review and creating detailed reports for executive staff
- Optimising and improving processes and the overall approach where necessary
- Managing large and diverse teams across multiple geographies

**Required Skills and Experience**:

- Minimum 7 years’ of Program/Project Management Experience, preferably in an international B2B product company
- Strong working knowledge in Agile Methodology and frameworks like SAFe, Scrum, Kanban etc.
- Any related project management accreditations
- e.g. PMP and CAPM highly regarded
- Understanding of how to optimise JIRA workflows a plus
- Strong coaching abilities and team-building skills to drive adoption of agile scrum methodology
- Knowledge of the entire SDLC, Agile Techniques (User Stories, CI/CD, TDD, Continuous Testing, Automated Testing etc.)
- Knowledge of backlog tracking, burn-down metrics, velocity, user stories etc.
- A strong embodiment of our Company’s cultural values
- Generate the data required to make informed decisions
- Conflict resolution skills
- Very comfortable in pushing back and ensuring that company strategies come first.
