Job responsibilities:

- Manage fabrication of aluminium doors, windows, glass handrails, metal handrails and trellis.
- Assists with reviewing production costs, production quality and maintain inventory control to enhance profitable operation
- Run and manage the fabrication, assembly and installation of aluminium, glass and metal works.
- Prepare materials, quantity take off and fabrication cutting list
- Monitor the production, installation and quality control
- Prepare shop drawings
- Must be able to communicate effectively with all relevant parties involved in project (clients, architects, co-workers, supervisors) in both written and verbal form
- Monthly analysis of budget requests to identify areas in which reductions can be made, and recommend budget to management.

Education and Experience requirements:

- A degree/ diploma in any construction/building related field or equivalent.
- Must follow safety procedures at all times
- at least 3-5 years in the construction/ building industry
