
Service Manager

**Job Summary**:
The Service Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the service center to ensure exceptional customer satisfaction, operational efficiency, and profitability. This role requires strong leadership in managing service advisors, technicians, and support staff while upholding Honda’s service standards and Kah Motor’s commitment to quality and excellence.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Lead and manage the service team to ensure high-quality servicing and repairs.
- Maintain Honda’s service standards and ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.
- Ensure efficient customer service, addressing concerns and resolving complaints professionally.
- Monitor service performance, including turnaround time, productivity, and customer feedback, and implement improvements.
- Oversee workshop operations, optimizing resource utilization, equipment, and manpower.
- Ensure adherence to safety procedures and regulatory compliance in the workshop.
- Lead, mentor, and train service advisors, technicians, and staff to maintain service excellence.
- Monitor and drive financial performance, including service revenue, profitability, and cost efficiency.
- Oversee warranty and goodwill claims, ensuring proper submission and approval.
- Collaborate with the Parts Department to ensure spare part availability and minimize service delays.
- Analyze service data and KPIs to identify trends and drive continuous improvement.
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer retention and satisfaction, ensuring a high level of service quality and loyalty.
**Key Requirements**:
- Diploma/Degree in Automotive Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in automotive aftersales/service management.
- Strong leadership and people management skills with a customer-first mindset.
- Ability to analyze KPIs and drive business performance.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills.
- Perform other duties & tasks as assigned.

Pay: $6,000.00 - $7,000.00 per month
