**A Day in the Life of a Channel & Territory Executive**
- **Here’s where you come in**

You’ll be working as the specialist in planning territory for sales channels in roadshow, residential, street and B2B to support the sales teams in their sales acquisitions with your territory knowledge on Singapore with regards to what is upcoming, happening and trends.

**Responsibilities**:

- Analyse data for all sales channels to do strategic territory planning.
- Plan territory for B2B, residential, roadshow and street. Constant revision of territory planning for existing residential and street channels to ensure we are up to date with geographic changes.
- Constant feedback on territory planning to ensure challenges are addressed.
- Manage and balance clients’ and sales teams’ expectations.
- Support sales team with marketing materials as and when required.
- Engagement tools planning, designs and training the sales team on usage.
- Engage mall and site managements to acquire sponsored sites and space for respective campaigns.
- Engage sales team, clients, mall and site managements to maintain happiness index at 10/10
- Assist CTM manager to prepare presentation for internal and external meetings.
- Prepare, submit/upload of various required data entries and reports on a daily, weekly and monthly schedule.
- Prepare necessary paperwork for roadshow confirmation.
- Meeting minutes taking for all meetings
- Take on Ad Hoc request, roles and responsibilities which may be assigned from time to time.

**Requirements**:

- Diploma in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in channel management, sales, or event management.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Applications, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with channel partners.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Self-motivated and proactive with a strong problem-solving mindset.
- Good organizational skills and able to meet deadline

**Salary**: $2,800.00 - $3,100.00 per month
