**Duties and Responsibilities**
- Develop & trade the Special Cargo mid term strategy together with RHQ offices
- Enhance higher conversation of inquiries to actual business through necessary collaboration with Pricing, Operations and front line sales, globally, but specially in Asia
- Share Special Cargo knowledge, strengthening our Sales team skills on this segment out of Asia
- Evaluate Global Special Cargo business trend competition landscape and provide strategic direction to front lines and trade pricing teams
- Assist in delivering marketing direction to origins, review market demand (origin/destination/commodity growth) and propose marketing plan for expansion and new cargo gain
- Evaluate yield management constantly for Special Cargo and how to improve
- Collaborate on Special Cargo fleet optimization and planning
- Review monitoring tools to trigger actions for improvement on strategic yield management

**Requirements**:

- Minimum Bachelor Degree in any discipline
- At least 8-10 years of shipping experience, preferably with knowledge in Reefer and Special Cargo
