As a Product Manager (Testing), you will be responsible for overseeing the testing processes of our various products and ensuring their quality and functionality meet our clients' expectations. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to drive product growth and success.Key Responsibilities: - Develop and implement testing strategies for all aspects of our products, including functionality, usability, and performance. Design and execute test plans and test cases to validate product functionalities and meet quality standards. Identify product defects and work closely with development teams to resolve them. Prioritize and manage product testing tasks and ensure timely delivery as per project timelines. Collaborate with product owners, designers, and developers to deliver high-quality products that meet client requirements. Assess and analyze product performance and provide recommendations for improvements. Stay updated with the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices to improve product testing processes. Train and mentor team members on testing techniques, tools, and procedures.Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Product Manager or similar role in a software development environment. Strong knowledge of testing methodologies, tools, and techniques. Experience in Agile/Scrum methodologies. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Attention to detail with a passion for finding bugs and issues. Ability to effectively communicate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders. Experience with test automation frameworks is preferred.
