**What you will be doing**:
You’ll be the engine behind our projects, ensuring every detail is sharp and every outcome exceeds expectations. Your key responsibilities include:
**Project / Event Management**

Conceptualisation - dream it and shape it. Work on each programme to ensure that it aligns with organizational goals and community needs

Operations & Delivery - keep the engine running - manage timelines, coordinate resources, troubleshoot risks and deliver results

Data Management & Reporting - use data as your compass, gather, analyze and report insights to guides decisions and demonstrate impact

**Procurement & Contracting**

Lead the sourcing, negotiation and management of contracts and suppliers to ensure top value and compliance

**Budget Management**

Own the numbers - develop, manage and report on budgets to ensure financial accountability and strategic allocation of resources

**Stakeholder Management**

Be the bridge between members, partners and stakeholders -fostering strong relationships and strong communication

**Training and Unit Development**

Conduct internal / outdoor training and facilitate unit development by working with members on strategies, resources and training

Source and procure external trainers for programmes and projectsThis role focuses on developing programmes and delivering training to all girl and adult members. The executive will have the opportunity to see projects through by handling all aspects of training, programme planning, implementation and unit development work in GGS.

**Who you are**

A master organiser who is detail oriented and able to see and manage multiple aspects of a project or event

An excellent communicator and collaborator who builds trust and brings people together

Curious and analytical, always eager to learn from data and improve systems

Experienced in management projects, budgets and contracts with precision and care

Passionate about working in purpose driven environments and making a difference

**Qualifications**

Proven experience in project management, programme delivery or related roles

Strong skills in procurement, budgeting and stakeholder engagement

Excellent analytical, organisational and interpersonal skills

Knowledge of guiding, training skills will be an added advantage

Open to facilitating and overseeing outdoor / camp programmes
