he Payment Services department is responsible for managing B2B and B2C payments ecosystem, and to identify and deliver best-in-class payments capabilities, drive customer profitability as well as enable local and regional market optimization.
- Lead, strategize, conceptualize and implement payments products/services
- Strategize, expand and launch new payment solutions locally and globally
- Define and execute go-to-market strategy, as well as analysing and determining key insights from key business drivers, trends, and operating metrics
- Subject matter expert with regards to payment reconciliation, procurement system integration, as well as other issues related to B2B billing and payments
- Identify and source partnership opportunities and manage the relationship of payment partners
- Track the competitive landscape and continually seek opportunities for the organization to optimize our operations and deploy new products/services in a timely and efficient manner
- Work with cross-functional team to understand business requirements and practices, and provide constructive and insightful inputs for the development of new payment products and features

**Job Requirements**:

- Minimum 5 years of relevant working experience or in FinTech industry
- Good knowledge of Payment and Banking business ecosystem, payment business development practices
- Comprehensive understanding of Payment-related products
- Track record of working independently and effectively in a cross-functional, hyper-matrixed environment.
- Entrepreneurial, self-driven and independent mindset
- Analytical and methodical - able to manage multiple, high-priority work streams with the agility, and the ability to continually reprioritize in line with dynamic business strategies
