**Overview**

This position will be responsible for the following:

- Define how to check system performance and diagnose work processes in HMGICS
- Gather, Merge and Analyze relevant data in the enterprise systems to find valuable insights or provide solutions to resolve issues in terms of manufacturing processes/systems
- Set up Business Intelligence (B.I.) structure for various types of data analysis

**Roles and Responsibilities**

**Set up of data-analysis structure & methodology for HMGICS**
- Define data items to be necessary for system/business analysis (including indicators, KPIs)
- Design the data-mart for data analysis
- Define the data analysis process or methodology for regular monitoring of system/work performance

**Identify issues & their causes for the improvement of business processes and systems**
- Analyze relevant data to check performance of system/process and identify the issues
- Identify the causes to the issues with data analysis

**Collaboration with business stakeholders**
- Collect requests of data analysis from stakeholders and co-analyze the data together
- Train stakeholders on how to use B.I. (Business Intelligence) system properly and efficiently

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's or equivalent in Computer Science, Statistics, Data Science or Industrial Engineering or related fields
- Total 5~10 years of experience in Data Science, Data monitoring, Statistics, Analytics, B.I. implementation
- Technical skills in Data Analysis or B.I. (Business Intelligence) Implementation, Data Base managemet(Oracel, Tibero, SQL, etc)
- Good knowledge on extracting valuable information from data with analytics tools
- Good presentation skills to deliver the insights with the aid of data visualization or summarization.
- Deep understanding in automotive manufacturing industry will be a bonus
- Fluent English (written & spoken)
