
Global Ecommerce Assistant Manager

We are looking for a highly motivated, tech-savvy and target-driven Ecommerce professional to join us in the newly created International Ecommerce team. He/She will be responsible for leading cross-functional efforts to develop best practice fundamentals and capabilities needed to win with top global ecommerce marketplaces like (but not limited to) Amazon. This role will also play a part in the development of new eCommerce products & strategies for sustainable eCommerce channel growth.
In order to succeed in this role, you need to be a self-starter on the up with the energy, drive and willingness to make a difference. Ideally suit an individual who is able to demonstrate an entrepreneurial flair and excited to take on new initiatives.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Assessing international ecommerce landscape and prioritize where OSIM has the greatest opportunities to drive sales and growth.
- Support franchise partner in developing and implementing effective digital marketing strategies to achieve business objectives and targets.
- Own the effectiveness, optimization and growth of online sales channels/ Marketplaces e.g. Amazon Vendor Seller Central (International), Fruugo, Flubit, Allegro, FNAC, OTTO, Mercardo Libre (South America), Lazada, Shopee (SEA) to drive revenue generation and profitability.
- Develop, establish and manage Company’s brand presence and digital marketing strategy & campaigns independently and ensuring that the product/range/trading strategies are supported by the marketing strategy for all Marketplaces selling platforms - including SEO, PPC, Affiliates, Digital/Social advertising, and Remarketing.
- Understanding and representing consumer needs unique to the different eCommerce channels and develop products strategy and marketing activation assets and act as the catalyst to initiate and work closely with together with the Branding & Strategic, R & D Team to leverage and activate in the different ecommerce markets.
- Provide recommendations related to competitive product offers, pricing, content, and consumer engagement.
- Liaise with all functions, including logistics, marketing, customer service, technical, to deliver best-in-class customer experience.
- Review customer feedback and product reviews to help answer customer questions, relay feedback to customer support and product development.
- Oversee online inventory to ensure items are available and replenished at third party warehouses, if required to meet sales forecasts.
- Deliver monthly reporting on sales summary, history, key insights and promotional spending to make recommendations for ad campaign changes and future promotions and drive business KPI’s.
**You’re perfect for this job if you have**:
- At least 3-5 years of international ecommerce experience with proven track-record, preferably in consumer electronics brands at either global or regional capacity.
- Bachelor’s degree or above in Digital Marketing /Ecommerce / supply chain or Business relevant.
- Experience in start-up organisation is preferred.
- Experience with current ecommerce platforms (Shopee, Lazada, Amazon Vendor Seller Central, Sitecore) and Web CMS tools.
- Experience with Digital River eCommerce solution and Sitecore Ecommerce solution.
- Proficient with the latest marketing, advertising, and analysis tools (Google AdWords, Google Analytics, Facebook Business, Amazon Ads & Promotions).
- Strong planning and execution skills; able to multitask or manage several projects concurrently with minimum supervision.
- Commercially minded and analytical, with ability to interpret / manage performance, communicate results and formulate strategies based no market needs and the company goals.
- Knowledge of sales journey optimisation, traffic analysis and reporting tools.
- Experience in CRM tool development & deployment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Chinese and English.
- Highly organized, detail oriented and mature.
- High sense of energy and service orientation to meet deadlines in a fast-moving & dynamic environments and continue to drive effective results.
