We are looking for a **Finance and Accounts Executive**who is detail-oriented, resourceful, and able to **work independently**. This role is critical in ensuring financial accuracy, compliance, and supporting business decision-making across our entities.

**Key Responsibilities**
- **Financial Planning & Analysis**:

- Develop financial plans, budgets, and forecasts to support strategic decision-making.
- Analyze financial data to guide investment and resource allocation.
- **Financial Management**:

- Monitor and evaluate financial performance, providing recommendations for improvements.
- Manage cash flow and mitigate financial risks to ensure operational stability.
- **Accounting Operations**:

- Prepare and maintain accurate financial records, statements, and reports.
- Handle accounts payable and receivable processes, ensuring timely payments and collections.
- Conduct reconciliations and ensure accuracy in accounting records.
- **Compliance & Reporting**:

- Prepare tax returns and ensure compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements (SG, PH, MY, and other relevant jurisdictions).
- Support audits and ensure adherence to company policies and local accounting standards.

**Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- At least 2-3 years of experience in accounting, audit, or finance roles.
- Solid knowledge of accounting principles, tax regulations, and financial reporting standards.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software (e.g., Xero, QuickBooks, MYOB).
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- High attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- **Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision and deliver results.**:
