**Description**
- Guide parents in registration process.
- Communicate and coordinate with parents with prompt follow-up with closure for all enquiries.
- Maintain and update student database.
- Follow-up with new sign-ups and parents who are interested to learn more.
- Responsible for day to day operations of the centre.
- Assist teachers in materials and class preparation (E.g. homework).

**Requirements**:

- Fluent in English and Mandarin( to handle English and Mandarin speaking customers' enquiries).
- Possess good communication skills, with a pleasant disposition.
- Meticulous and systematic with administrative procedures.
- Experience working in enrichment or tuition centres an added advantage.

**Working Hours**
- Wednesday to Friday : 9.30 a.m. to 6.30 p.m.
- Saturday & Sunday : 8.30 a.m. to 6.30 p.m.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent

Expected hours: 18 per week
