We are expanding our team and looking for a motivated and persuasive **Sales Representative** to help drive growth by engaging with potential clients, understanding their needs, and offering effective immigration solutions.

**What You’ll Do**:

- Handle inbound and outbound leads, consultations, and follow-ups
- Understand and explain Singapore’s immigration options clearly and confidently
- Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of prospects and clients
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Build strong client relationships through trust, product knowledge, and responsiveness
- Work closely with the operations team to ensure smooth onboarding and service delivery
- Keep detailed records of leads, calls, and progress using CRM tools
- Participate in team training, campaign development, and sales strategy discussions

**What We’re Looking For**:

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Strong customer service mindset and solution-oriented approach
- Confident in conducting phone and face-to-face consultations
- Self-motivated, goal-driven, and comfortable working independently
- Fluent in English (Mandarin or another language is a plus)

Pay: $2,800.00 - $5,000.00 per month

Expected hours: 40 per week
