Client Project Implementation Manager

Coordinate all activities on assigned projects while collaborating with other personnel, business partners, and external vendors
- Support the project team with quality assurance and testing efforts to ensure deliverables are deployed with the highest quality standards
- Reporting progress of your work to the management (weekly status reports to customers and management to track the overall progress of projects
- Develop project schedule, detailed work plans, project estimates, and resource plans including the determination and acquisition of needed resources
- Manages work team activities, risks, and commitments within the constraint of time, cost, and quality while maintaining an intense focus on customer satisfaction
- Conduct meetings with project teams and vendors
- Track, analyze, and keep management abreast of project progress
- Coordinate installations with user departments and IT
- Ensure the successful completion of the project on schedule and within budget
- Create Capital Expenditure Request (CER) for projects involving new network infrastructure build or capacity expansion
- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and multiple client deliverables coordinating with all internal and external departments
- University graduate, or Diploma
- Experience in a customer contact role and able to handle workers
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft products (Excel, Word, Project, Powerpoint)
- Minimum of five years experience with store build-outs and development work, preferably with a multi-branded retailer
