**Position: Senior Fire Safety Manager**
**Salary**:$3,500 - $5,000 + AWS + Variable Bonus**
**Location: Central**
**Working Hours / Days: 8.00AM - 5.00PM (Mon - Fri) + 8.00AM - 12.00PM (Sat)
**Responsibilities**:
- Responsible for site safety work procedures and compliance in accordance with the relevant authorities.
- Coordinate and work closely with clients to ensure work and site compliance.
- Always ensure that fire safety requirements contained in the Emergency Response Plan are complied.
- Supervise the maintenance of all fire safety works on the premises.
- Prepare and execute the Emergency Response Plan for the premises and distribute the Emergency Response Plan to the occupants of the premises. Prepare and submit reports as required.
**Requirements**:
- Possess the Senior Fire Safety Manager Certification.
- Minimum 5 years relevant experience in managing Grade 'A' commercial and/or industrial buildings.
- Good leadership & management skills with positive energy and drive.
- Excellent communication and strong interpersonal skills.
