**Roles & Responsibilities**
- Responsible for site safety work procedures and compliance in accordance to the relevant authorities.
- Observe and ensure site compliance with all prevailing and regulations relating to fire safety act.
- Ensure at all times that fire safety requirements contained in the Emergency Response plan are complied.
- Carry out fire safety trainings
- To carry out regular building inspection.
- To ensure building fire evacuation routes and fire evacuation plans are in place.
- To supervise the maintenance of all fire safety work in the premises.
- Submit monthly fire safety reports.
- Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
**Requirements**:
- Diploma or Bachelor Degree in related fields in Facility Management or equivalent
- Possess a Senior Fire Safety Manager certification
- Relevant experience needed
- Good leadership & Management Skills
- Team player with good communication and excellent interpersonal skills
