Pre-Production
- Assist to assemble the Technical Production Team for the Exhibition;
- Manage the Exhibition’s technical contractors;
- Work with the Logistics Team to manage the delivery / shipping of the Exhibition’s technical and scenic elements (collectively, the “ **Technical & Scenic Elements**”) from multiple global locations;
- Collaborate with the Exhibition’s Design Team to ensure desired look and feel, as well as durability, are met;
- Cooperate and work with each of the Exhibition’s Technical, Production and Scenic Teams to ensure that the Technical & Scenic Elements are properly integrated.
- Assist to determine the Exhibition’s rigging specifications and subsequently, and to manage the Exhibition’s rigging process;
- Cooperate and work with the Exhibition’s technical teams to determine and source technical hardware and equipment required for the Exhibition;
- Participate in the development of the production schedule for the Exhibition, which shall include, but not be limited to, an on-site daily schedule, a build schedule, and a creative and production preproduction schedule;
- If needed and as required, maintain regular communication with, as well as making visits to, fabrication shops to ensure that quality control and the Exhibition’s creative vision is achieved;
- Liaise with the Exhibition’s Venue (the “ **Venue**”) Team to ensure that the Venue is in a ready state for the purposes of the Exhibition; andLiaise with and provide weekly reports to the Exhibition’s Senior Production Manager.
Install
- Lead and manage the installation of the Technical & Scenic Elements;
- Cooperate and work with each of the Exhibition’s Technical, Production and Creative Teams to ensure a smooth installation process; address and resolve any and all on-site issues;
- Manage daily site schedules and movements during the Installation Phase;
- Manage the on-site crew (which shall include, but not be limited to, scheduling); andEnsure the timely and safe delivery of the Technical & Scenic Elements to the Venue.
Health & Safety and Compliance
- Advise on event safety for the Exhibition;
- Review the Exhibition’s emergency support functions (ESF) and advise accordingly;
- Generate and provide an event safety plan for the Installation Phase;
- Cooperate and work with the Exhibition’s Production Team to ensure that construction during the Exhibition’s installation phase adheres to applicable laws and regulations (including, but not limited to, health and safety regulations, fire safety regulations);
- Cooperate and work with on-site team at the Venue to ensure applicable health and safety laws and regulations are understood and adhered to by the Exhibition’s contractors; andEnsure that the on-site team at the Venue is working in a safe manner during the Exhibition’s installation phase.
Documentation and Final Walkthrough
- Provide support in respect of the aforesaid Services and Deliverables after the opening of the Exhibition, as needed and as required;
- Provide all documentation relating to the Final Walkthrough of the Exhibition
