Triflex's production, development and central functions are brought together in Minden/Germany and are successfully represented worldwide and in Asia, through our sales and distribution office in Singapore so far.
- 10 years practical experience in building envelope construction management in Singapore and the Asian region.
- completed training and attained certification as a supervisor and applicator of Triflex waterproofing systems.
- sound knowledge of various building materials, standard building codes, buidling construction regulations and workplace safety practices in Singapore.
- technical experience in the preparation and submission of specifications for waterproofing projects, tender documents, CAD drawings, project cost estimation, progress reports and claims, etc.
- an established network of trades professionals (architects, engineers, consultants / specifiers, surveyors, building contractors, property developers & owners, facility managers, trade workers).
- excellent marketing presentation and negotiation skills demonstrated by a proven sales track record.
- ability to manage local and regional projects simultatneously as well as work delays and project disruptions.
- exceptional organizational skills and the ability to manage multi-disciplinary project teams.
- highly skilled in risk management and conflict resolution.
- a higher national diploma in Business Construction Management and/or national diploma in Building Envelope Management.

The Technical Director should be able to travel across Asia for work assignments and will be responsible for:

- identifying and pursuing private and public business opportunities through various procurement portals and professional networks.
- working closely with the Managing Director to develop the market in Singapore and various regions in Asia.
- attending project / site briefings to provide critical evaluation of building envelope performance, expert input as to design and construction of building envelopes with strong emphasis on waterproofing systems.
- work collaboratively on multiple solutions for clients, objectively summarize the benefits and shortfalls of each.
- promoting Triflex waterproofing solutions that advocates innovative construction, sustainable renovation and green building practices.
- preparing market analysis, project references and case studies.
- designing and executing marketing campaigns/ strategy and advertising collaterals.
