- Recognized Degree in Civil Engineering
- With Min **5 -10 Singapore** Construction Project site experience.
- At least 10 years of engineering experience including at least **5 years **in managing a construction team for **LTA/ MRT** rail projects
- Well-versed in construction sequence, principles, and regulatory requirements
- Good leadership skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage Piling, Excavation, **ERSS, RC**, and Architecture work
- Preparing the site and liaising with other construction professionals before construction work starts
- Developing the program of work and strategy for making the project happen
- Planning ahead to prevent problems on site before they occur, planning the delivery and storage of equipment and materials
- Making safety inspections of the site when work is underway and ensuring regulations relating to health, safety, and the environment are adhered to
- Ensure progress of work is within budget & timelines as well as quality & safety objectives
- Control and monitor work progress and resources
- Lead a team of technical staff in daily operations

Job Alpha Associates
