**Job Description & Requirements**
- Monitor and manage day-to-day operations of projects, or function, including developing and monitoring budgets, coordinating activities with other sub-contractors
- Plan the work schedule and efficiently organize the site facilities in order to meet an agreed program of deadlines
- Liaise with consultants and/or sub-contractors engaged on the project
- Attend regular meetings with owner/client/contractors/sub-contractors and ensure the progress is on schedule
- Resolve any unexpected technical difficulties and other problems that may arise
- Monitor and ensure subcontractors comply with specified requirements
- ldentify and comply with all applicable statutory regulatory requirements related to project
- Identify possible risks to project and stakeholders as well as create contingency plans to mitigate these risks
- Respond swiftly to work delays, emergencies and other problems
- Clear communication to external parties including client, subcontractors, consultants, vendors etc. on project needs, requirements and schedule by means of daily construction oversight
- Review all method statement of the activities ensuring safe execution and maximization of resources used for job efficient
- Prepare monthly site report updating the latest progress and planning to achieve the project milestone
- Complete task as assigned by Project Manager and Project Director

**Requirement**:

- At least 10 years of engineering experience in the related field
- At least 5 years of experience in managing civil and infrastructure construction work for projects of similar scale, complexity and nature of work
- Demonstrated experience in managing the safety and timely delivery of large-scale projects.
- In-depth knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations.
- Excellent project management skills, including the ability to handle multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
- Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make informed decisions under pressure.
- Willing to work at site office
- Experience in LTA infrastructure project will be preferred
