**Essential Functions**:

- Provides technical consulting and support to pre-sales engagements.
- Leads and plans solution consulting studies, liaising with our valued clients to further enhance
- Evaluates customer challenges and determines technical solutions.
- Analyzes processes and extensive experience running the Operations Control Centre including delivering daily management of the department related to operations, flights dispatch and crew duty elements
- Partners with the portfolio to improve product functionality from product concept through delivery utilizing experience and voice of customer.

**Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/ Experience)**:

- At least 5 years’ experience in the airline / aviation industry.
- Competent in Microsoft Office.
- Demonstrated communication and presentation skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to be effective team member.

**Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience)**:

- Bachelor of Science degree in a related field of study and 6 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Dispatch license is preferred but not required.
- Weight & Balance - Integration and purpose of weight and balance systems as they pertain to dispatching flights
- Navigation - Basic understanding of how navigation information pertains to flight plan preparation
- NOTAMs - Notice to Airmen preparation and deployment in the flight planning process
- Weather - Terminology and understanding of weather in flight planning.
- Excellent communication skills in proposal preparation and presentation
- Creative problem-solving capability and have strong analytical and listening skills
- Team player
