Finance Associate

**The essential responsibilities of our Finance Associate includes**:

- Issuance of debit notes to suppliers
- Ensure accurate and timely posting and updating of debit notes in system
- Assist in monthly forecasting and accrual of supplier rebates
- Liaise with merchandisers and suppliers on claims related to trading terms, sales and promotions
- Updating and consolidation of trading terms data
- Submission of monthly reports to Finance General Ledger team for month-end closing
- Provision of administrative support to trading team
- Any other duties as assigned

**Formal Education & Certification**:

- ITE/Diploma/Degree

**Personal Attributes**:

- Ability to work under pressure in a fast pace working environment
- Number savvy and meticulous
- Team player

**Salary**: $2,000.00 - $2,500.00 per month
