**OVERVIEW**

**DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES**

**1. Responsibilities**
- Conceptualise, develop, and execute strategic 360-degree communication plans (with measurable objectives) including PR, Social, and Content Production
- Lead account teams and provide support in the development and implementation of integrated communications campaigns using both traditional and social/digital tools
- Client leadership role providing day-to-day consultancy and client management
- Develop content and other collaterals including press releases, bios, fact sheets, social media campaign briefs, website copy, etc.
- Identify and pitch compelling stories and features to the media based on approved pitching grid/plan
- Oversee and assist in sample management for fashion brands
- Development of proposals based on client brief
- Provide client with strategic counsel and ideas
- Event Management, including conceptualising of event that best suits the client’s brief, development of event flow, and coordination of on-site manpower required
- Research and development of identified new business proposals
- Drive and support new and creative growth strategies
- Able to take new business briefs, assess feasibility, and identify working team based on manpower and suitability

**2. Administrative**
- Preparation of out-of-pocket expenses
- Source for external suppliers and develop client quotations i.e. event venues, photography, catering,etc.
- Budgeting - development of quotations within client’s brief and budget while ensuring profitability, negotiation of fees, and payment follow-ups

**3. External Stakeholders & Management**
- Build and maintain good relationships with colleagues and external stakeholders including media, social media influencers, clients (existing and potential), and industry partners
- Stays on the pulse of clients’ brands/products/services/PR and marketing developments - key issues, competitive situation, and industry trends

**SKILLS & QUALITIES**
- Possess a good understanding of global and industry trends in fashion, beauty, luxury and lifestyle
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Exemplifies good leadership skills with ability to drive projects and lead, mentor, nurture, inspire, motivate, and empower teams
- Strong team management experience
- Understanding and executing client requirements
- Ensure the production of good quality work
- Ability to anticipate client requirements and provide support and advice accordingly
- Strong team player
- Self-motivated and resourceful, with high levels of initiative
- Good presentation skills; possesses confidence
- Excellent written and communication skills with an eye for detail
- Good interpersonal skills
- Ability to think strategically with good analytical skills
- Flexibility, determination, enthusiasm and the ability to cope well under pressure

**QUALIFICATIONS**
- A bachelor’s degree in a relevant field from an accredited college or university
- At least 4 to 6 years of relevant experience in Communications and/or PR. Previous agency experience is a plus
