Our team at HBC Asia Pte Ltd. is seeking a chartering Manager to join our young and dynamic team
at Singapore office. This is an excellent opportunity for a principal’s role which offers the chance to
be a part of highly experienced & motivated team where individual and team contributions are
highly encouraged and positively perceived.

Responsible for chartering in & out tonnages ranging from Handy - Ultramax segment which
includes fixing from one TCT to Period deals (with geographical boundaries defined between South
Africa - Nopac (East of Suez)).
Book/secure cargoes on both prompt and forward basis in line with company’s strategy.
Develop and display astute commercial acumen, support growth strategies and execute decisions of
the group with utmost professionalism.

**Experience**:
6-10 years of genuine experience of having worked at a broker/owner/charterer’s desk in dry bulk
segment.
Thorough chartering knowledge of c/p terms, global markets understanding and key connections
with trades, clients and commodities.
