[What the role is]

ADMIN EXECUTIVE, LEGAL

[What you will be working on]
- prepare court papers for Prosecutors before and after court mentions;
- prepare daily statistics on cases proceeded with, their results and fine collected;
- attend to enquiries from Traffic Police and State Courts;
- record incoming appeals from offenders;
- filing, receiving and returning court papers to various divisions in LTA, and
- any administrative work assigned by senior officers

[What we are looking for]
- Diploma in any discipline
- Good communication and time management skills
- Able to work independently in a fast-paced environment
