**An internship within Brand**:
You will be responsible for supporting and contributing to the overall marketing strategy across major platforms and channels: e-commerce site, flagship store, customer relationship management, social media, media, events & activations.You will play a key role in shaping Love, Bonito throughout this exhilarating expansion phase in international expansion.

You will deep-dive into one sub-pillar during the duration of your internship, function as a full member of the team and achieve business objectives through your daily responsibilities and your team-specific projects. Projects will be shared with you in more detail during the recruitment process.

- Support and participate in end-to-end campaign strategy to execution
- Contribute to new content ideas / formats for eDM, Social Media and virtual events
- Research outreach, liaise and coordinate plans with external partners to drive brand awareness and acquire new customers
- Coordinate and execute marketing collaterals and assets
- Coordinate influencer collaborations including content ideas, format, liaise and coordinate with influencers regarding their outfit picks
- Support to set up promo codes / gift card codes, loyalty rewards in the e-commerce backend
- Coordinate with event vendors / partners and execute programs and operations plans during event days
- Social Media
- Daily maintenance and organising of Love, Bonito’s JP IG Accounts + relevant folders/Docs
- Participate in brainstorming session/discussion within team on how to improve in delivery of content on all social platforms
- Participate in content creation discussion for social channels (Tik Tok, IG, Virtual Comm etc)
- Research, analyse and present new and fresh ways to approach and execute social content
- Heavily involved in content execution - photoshoots, video shoots and post-production
- Flagging up of issues that needs to be resolved
- Organising and coordinating logistics of weekly try-on items to and fro for Influencers/Content Creators
- Weekly creation of try-on items info deck to be sent to Influencers/Content Creators
- Organising and upkeep of try-on trackers and SOP for internal reference

- Assist with the coordination with vendors and execute programmes and ops plan during event days
- Assist team with execution of Love, Bonito branded event, community workshops and experiences
- Assist to propose, plan, budget and oversee specific parts of the projects which will constantly bring the #LBexperience to next levels
- Assist team with the delivery of post-experience analysis and reports on ROIs
- Outreach, liaise and coordinate plans with Partners
- Liaising with vendors for potential troubleshooting
- Work closely with internal and peripheral teams to ensure the successful execution of workshops
- Administrative support and daily upkeep of internal trackers, calendars and work requests
- Managing timelines and deadlines of marketing collaterals
- Collaborate closely with all relevant in-house teams, i.e. Product Design, Merchandising, Retail and Creative Team when it comes to launching new collections and launches.
- Virtual Communities
- Maintenance of the virtual community platforms
- Work on community initiatives aimed to deepen connections with our audiences and customers beyond physical stores
- To be hyper active on our potential community groups
- Assist in monitoring of community groups’ sentiments and engagement to ensure relevancy and engagement
