Singapore INNOVATE 360 PTE. LTD. Full time

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Prepare Full Set Accounts, including multi-currency accounts, in a timely manner.
- Ensure timely and accurate Accounts Receivable (AR) and Accounts Payable (AP) monthly reporting.
- Manage credit control, including bad debt tracking, reconciliation, and collections.
- Prepare and manage payroll processes and CPF submissions.
- Handle quarterly GST submissions.
- Prepare financial reports, including Costing Reports, budgets, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Oversee inventory management, control, and reconciliation.
- Support the Finance Manager in Risk Management and Due Diligence activities.
- Liaise with external auditors, tax agents, and corporate secretaries to ensure compliance.
- Develop and implement accounting policies, procedures, and internal controls as needed.

**Job Requirements**:

- Diploma/Degree in Accountancy with at least 3 years of relevant experience.
- Proficiency in ERP systems and accounting software preferred.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Team player with a proactive approach and attention to detail.
- Ability to meet strict deadlines.
- Strong numerical and analytical skills.
