HR Executive (Talent Acquisition)

**Responsibilities**:
Manage full cycle of recruitment from recruitment & selection, onboarding & induction,

assessment & appraisal, training & development, engagement & reward to exit clearance.

Participate in recruitment activities including institutions, career fairs besides posting

on job boards, social medial, referral programs to fill positions

Maintain employee files and human resource record in HR database

Formulate/maintain policies for hiring, training, compensation, benefits, labor relations

and communicate changes to management and staff

Oversee disciplinary, terminations and investigations

Provide guidance on compensation and benefits trends

**Requirements**:
Diploma/Degree in HR Management

Preferably with full cycle recruitment experience with business service firms
