**Assistant Manager/Manager - Regional Sales & Market Management**

you will be supporting a dynamic range of markets in the region to help the company to surpass its growth goals in its automotive network and distribution.

**Responsibilities**
- Reports directly to Head of Regional Sales & Market Management
- Drives, manages and executes the business and revenue of a sales team in Thailand, Vietnam, Cambodia and China.
- Prepares weekly and monthly sales reports for sales analysis.
- Liaises with in country to understand the overall competitiveness landscape, regulatory changes and discuss business operations countermeasures.
- Monitors in-country sales and inventory situations closely and provides countermeasures accordingly.
- Establishes and maintains good relationships with dealers in the region, understands dealers’ need and challenges and provides solutions accordingly.
- Be the point of contact for regional departments and cross-function collaborations.
- Works closely with PA on complex calendar management and trip planning.
- Coordinates special projects and assists in project management.

**Requirements**:

- 3-5 years of working experience in sales operations, sales administration, market management, account managements, and projects managements.
- Diploma/degree in relevant industry
- Be proficient in English and Mandarin
- Able to converse in Thai/Vietnamese would be a bonus
- Proficient in Microsoft office and Teams meeting
- Ability to handle a fast-paced environment and challenging workload.
- Ability to multi-task, prioritises and manage time effectively.
- Positive attitude.
- Ability to travel if needed.

**Details**

**Salary**: $4,000 - $5,200 depending on experiences

AL: 14 days - 21 days
