You manage the implementation of digital learning transformation for the Digital and Intelligence Service (DIS) through the incorporation of educational technology. You identify and determine training requirements at different levels, devise plans to transform training processes and learning workflows. Additionally, you work with various stakeholders in the implementation and enhancements of the Next Generation Learning System (NGLS). Your challenges lie in the need to complete the digital transformation of learning for entities under your purview within three years, whilst achieving process change under time constraints, securing buy-in from stakeholders, mitigating differing perspectives between various stakeholders, adhering to MINDEF/SAF's strong emphasis on cybersecurity requirements and lastly, integrating into a high-achieving and dynamic team.
