About the Team
The Market Operations team manages the launch strategy and deployment of World across all markets, including overseeing all orbs worldwide and collaborating closely with local Operators. Within Market Operations, the Growth & Operations subteam focuses on user acquisition and ongoing user engagement, ensuring that World continues to expand and empower communities across diverse regions.
You’ll join this team on the frontlines of Tools for Humanity’s ambitious mission: helping build a globally-inclusive identity and financial network.
The Role: Growth & Operations Specialist Intern
We’re looking for a motivated intern based in Singapore to support the Growth & Operations team. You’ll get hands-on experience in rapid experimentation and owning of growth initiatives, coordinating with local Operators, and driving user adoption of World. This internship offers you a chance to immerse yourself in real-world operations execution, data analysis, and relationship-building—all while contributing to a fast-paced, innovative project with global impact.
Key Responsibilities
- Growth Initiative Experimentation & Execution
Assist in building and executing growth initiatives in Singapore aimed at driving adoption of World within the Singapore population.
- Assist in Strategy & Analysis
Help design local growth initiatives by researching market trends, conducting data analysis, and brainstorming innovative approaches to user acquisition.
- Improve Internal Processes
Collaborate on strengthening internal processes and logistics for Orb Operators. Propose and refine solutions to operational challenges.
