Assistant Director, Finance

The incumbent for this position will support the Finance Director in the overall financial strategies, initiatives, and management reporting. He/She must be well-verse in the latest financial reporting standards, able to review/assess corporate financial sustainability/risk management, analyze P&L performance of business units, initiate, and recommend proposals/solutions to management on business sustainability.
**FINANCIAL/MANAGEMENT REPORTING**
- Provide monthly forecast/analysis on BU financial performance
- Recommend pricing/investment strategies, designed to maximize revenue
**RISK MANAGEMENT**
- Review SOPs, ensure proper corporate governance on investments and expenditures
- Ensure that investment/expenses by BU are viable, feasible and sustainable
- Closely monitor revenue performance
- Oversee audit matters, ensure compliance and internal controls
**BUDGETS AND OTHERS**
- Consolidate all budgets for Club and its entities for reviews
- Set targets and KPIs for team leads under his/her direct report
- Prepare and recommend on all budgets related matters to ensure optimal financial sustainability and business performance
**Requirements**:
- A degree in Accountancy, Finance Management or related field
- Min 10 years of relevant experience
- Strong business acumen and knowledge of market best practice
- Excellent analytical, communication and problem solving skills
- Good written and communication skills
