**About the role**
The Assistant Content Producer will work with the Content Strategist and Editor to manage in-house productions for various clients that the agency serves. He or she will be working with the writers and production team to deliver high quality work on a timely basis.
**Job responsibilities**
- Coordinating content production and timelines between multiple internal stakeholders, including production of interviews, articles and graphics.
- Participate in story research and content sourcing.
- Assist in creating performance and project progress reports.
- Ensure quality and consistency in materials produced and published.
- Ensure all materials produced are properly archived and filed according to the system stipulated by the Content Strategist.
**The ideal person should**:
- Be a team player and can liaise and collaborate with both permanent and freelance staff.
- Have experience in project management, including budgets.
- Be meticulous, inquisitive and have ownership of work.
- Have a solid understanding of how to achieve objectives while meeting an expected brand standard, and has a high bar for aesthetic quality.
- Enjoy working in a highly independent but strong "community-based" culture.
