Job Title: Digital Content Producer

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Content Producer to join our team.

About the Role:

  • The successful candidate will be responsible for producing high-quality, engaging content across digital platforms.
  • This includes video production, social media campaigns, graphics, and written content to strengthen brand presence and drive engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Create, edit, and produce interesting and engaging video content for digital platforms (TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn, etc.).
  2. Develop creative, viral-worthy content ideas that align with brand identity.
  3. Assist with live-streaming sessions - experience preferred.
  4. Conceptualise and produce special effects and creative content using TikTok or other video apps.
  5. Design and develop basic posters, infographics, and photos for campaigns and social media.
  6. Craft creative captions and copy for photos, postings, and online campaigns.
  7. Respond to customer enquiries and feedback on social media platforms.
  8. Track, monitor, and analyse content performance to provide insights and recommendations.
  9. Collaborate with internal teams to support campaigns.
  10. Handle ad-hoc creative projects and assignments as required.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Graduates or students majoring in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or related fields will be given priority.
  • Passionate about the beauty/retail industry.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Good administrative and IT skills, including Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.
  • Creative, resourceful, and able to work independently with minimal supervision while meeting deadlines.
  • Knowledge of graphic design and video editing software will be an added advantage.
  • Internet savvy with strong research and digital skills.
  • High attention to detail with strong organisational skills.
  • Excellent team player with integrity and accountability.
