- Working Location: Buroh Crescent (Transport provided from Jurong East MRT)
- Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8.30 am - 6 pm
- Salary**:Up to $3,500 + Meal Allowance + Variable Bonus**:

- Duration: Permanent

**Key Responsibilities**
- Required to perform full spectrum of HR operations duties
- Work closely with business units to execute HR policies and government statutory requirements effectively and ensure compliance
- Perform full cycle of payroll
- Work closely with business partner to fulfill their manpower and recruitment needs
- Perform staff off-boarding process, exit interview and IR21
- Maintain HR database in system and P files
- Assist to manage foreign worker work pass quota
- Respond to government surveys
- Perform HR reporting required by Management
- Implement HR initiatives and company staff well-being activities
- Assist with general administrative functions of the department

- At least a Diploma in HR Management or its equivalent
- Minimum 2 years of working experience in HR operations, including payroll
- Good knowledge of the Employment Act
- Being able to use Timesoft is an added advantage
