
Brand, Creative, and Media Marketing Manager

Provide Brand, Creative, and Media marketing strategic leadership for Asia Territory executing through the countries with a focus on digital.
- Work in lockstep with field marketing, sales, and the Asia Pacific & Japan (APJ) Center of Excellence team to develop collaborative, data-driven, insights-led brand and media marketing strategies and plans tied to the business.
- Own and execute global strategic integrated media plans in the region ensuring all activities in country are aligned to business and marketing strategic priorities.
- Evolve and socialise the social media strategy including influencer for the region. Collaborate with field marketing country leads by mapping the customer journey, content strategy, and ensuring the marketing campaigns are optimized to achieve maximum brand affinity and ROI.
- Drive innovative media planning and optimization techniques collaborating with the APJ Center of Excellence team and external media partner/vendors.
- Act as the conduit between local, regional, and headquarter teams working cross-functionally with procurement, partner marketing, retail sales, PR, and relevant regional stakeholders.
- Define key measurement/performance indicators for brand, creative, and media at an individual campaign metrics level as well as laddering up to the marketing and business goals.
- Own the region’s thought leadership strategy and plan entailing the business stakeholder content syndication plan. Build on the existing social selling program in partnership with sales and define the success of the program and reporting.
- Develop ABM & content marketing plans in the region working in tandem with product-portfolio marketing, field marketing, APJ Center of Excellence, and sales teams.
- Lead regional and local creative and media agency support as execution arm, ensuring deliverables are on track and within budget.
- Track and report performance of media and creative campaign activities for quarterly business reviews and best practices sharing.
**Qualifications**
- Business / Marketing related University degree
- 8+ years of experience, IT industry experience desirable; agency background an advantage
- Demonstrable experience working with agencies and partners
- Strong team player with the ability to influence, collaborate, and build relationships cross-functionally
- Exceptional digital marketing skills
- Experience in B2C and B2B marketing
- Proven success in crafting and launching brand and media campaigns with tangible outcomes aligned to the marketing & business strategy
- Strong attention to detail, accountability, and follow-through with excellent end-to-end project management skills
- Entrepreneurial spirit
- Exceedingly strong communication skills across all organisational levels and diverse cultures
- Leads with integrity and professionalism
- Ability to work cross-functionally with country, regional, and global teams
- Solid understanding of sales motions, priorities, and interlock
- Ability to navigate a complex matrix organisation
- Account based marketing experience is an advantage
