We are seeking a **Creative Marketing Executive **with a strong design background and a passion for visual aesthetics to join our dynamic team. As a key player in our marketing operations, you will focus on designing eye-catching graphics and marketing materials for our events and communications. You will play an essential role in enhancing the visual identity of Singapore Space and Technology Ltd (SSTL) and contributing to the success of our high-profile events, including the Global Space & Technology Convention (GSTCE) and other corporate initiatives.

Singapore Space and Technology Ltd drives the growth of the space ecosystem through close collaboration with local and global partners, including government agencies, academic institutions, and international organisations. **Responsibilities**:
**Design & Content Creation**:

- Create graphics and visuals to promote company initiatives on various marketing channels.
- Work closely with the events/projects team to understand objectives and develop assets that elevate the branding and attendee engagement.
- Produce corporate and marketing materials for events and initiatives, including banners, brochures, posters, infographics, signages, presentations, digital displays, corporate gifts and other promotional graphics.
- Support the creation of high-quality, visually engaging presentation decks for internal and external stakeholders.

**Brand Consistency & Identity**:

- Ensure all designs align with SSTL's and GSCTE’s brand guidelines and maintain a high standard of creativity and visual appeal.
- Provide creative direction for designing new and existing materials, helping to refresh or update the brand as needed.

**Marketing Support**:

- Collaborate with the team to prepare marketing content and distribute materials for events, including digital and print media.
- Assist in executing corporate events, tradeshows, and other special events, ensuring they align with marketing goals and deliver brand visibility and engagement.
- Assist with content updates for the website, including event pages, banners, and visual assets to enhance online visibility.
- Ensure media partners and supporting organisations meet the requirements outlined in agreements, including tracking advertisements in various publications.
- Ensure sponsors’ and partners’ branding is incorporated into event marketing materials in line with agreements and sponsorship requirements.
- Set up and update content on events platforms such as Gevme, Eventbrite, and Premagic.
- Perform other related tasks to support the team and ensure smooth operations.

**Success Measures**
- Design Excellence: Consistently create visually engaging and on-brand materials that elevate SSTL’s identity, ensuring high-quality designs for events, presentations, and digital platforms.
- Marketing Impact: Contribute to effective marketing by producing compelling content and materials that drive engagement, enhance online visibility, and support strategic marketing goals.
- Operational Efficiency: Provide essential operational support by managing event logistics, coordinating with sponsors and partners, and ensuring the smooth execution of events through timely and organised project management.

**Qualification and Skills**
- Diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field, with at least 3 years of experience.
- Proven experience in creation with a strong portfolio showcasing your skills in designing marketing materials such as brochures, event collateral, social media graphics/reels/gifs, and presentations.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro) and other design tools to create high-quality graphics and content.
- Familiarity with CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress) and an understanding of social media marketing best practices.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams and with external partners.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
