**Job Title: Business Controller**
**Job Hours: 8.30am to 6pm**
**Job Location: Jurong East**

**Job Overview**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Budgeting and forecast for the group’s companies.
- Understanding the work processes of every subsidiary and corporate finance, to streamline and improve on efficiency from a financial point of view.
- To establish and maintain internal controls.
- To review financial issues of the various business units and recommend corrective measures.
- To prepare financial modelling and forecasting for various initiatives, e.g. business and investment opportunities.
- Gap analysis on business operations from financial angle.
- To explore grants for the group businesses, and to support in grant submissions.
- Support the CFO in cash flow and forex management of the group’s companies.
- Cost control and cost management for business operations.
- Liaising with bankers / funders for projects on detailed information.
- Review EXCO meeting materials
- Setting up of the Authority Matrix
- To support its subsidiary in rolling out employee shares scheme.
- To manage transfer pricing between various entities in a bid to optimize tax exposures.
- To prepare its subsidiary for expansion into Europe and North America

**Job Requirements**:

- To possess a Degree or higher in the field of Accounting, Finance or Business Administration would be required for the role
- 5 years or more of experience in the related fields
- Possesses strong experience in both Financial and Operational Reporting
- Swift and adept with Financial Modelling
- Good interpersonal, analytical and presentation skills
