**People Operations & Advisory**

You will advise and support recruitment, employee life cycle activities, mobility, payroll, and benefits related matters by designing and implementing simple, and efficient systems and processes.

**What impact can you make in this role?**

You will be part of a team that champions the people agenda for GIC.

**What will you do?**
- Identify Talent Acquisition (‘TA’) operating model enhancement opportunities and drive continuous operational improvements across the TA function globally.
- Partner with relevant stakeholders to ensure that TA process guidebook, TA metrics and TA dashboards are accurate and up-to-date always.
- Understand TA lifecycle and recruitment systems and work with relevant stakeholders and vendors to design, test and implement changes.
- Manage TA operations activities independently (e.g., support the Head of TA with all aspects of recruitment vendor management, cost tracking, optimize the referral program to generate and track referrals).
- Ensure that recruiters and hiring teams are adhering to the pre-agreed recruitment processes.
- Be a trusted advisor on all TA operations matters.
- Participate in ad-hoc HR projects and other related assignments.

**What qualifications or skills should you possess in this role?**
- Degree in any discipline, with at least 5 years of experience in a TA Operations role supporting a regional or global TA function.
- Experience in developing and implementing operational processes to support a TA function across geographies.
- Strong Project Management skills and operational rigor.
- Strong interpersonal skills to work at the central interface of multiple functions, balancing the priorities of various teams. This will require agile navigation and trust-building across all stakeholders. The ability to operate comfortably in ambiguity and with stakeholders from different backgrounds is essential.
- Given the variety of requirements in our business globally, there will be plenty of areas which we can look at improvements, therefore this individual needs to be motivated to drive changes whilst mature enough to recognize what is in scope and fit for purpose.
- Experience with SAP SuccessFactors system is an added advantage.
