**Job Title**:Decisioning Engineer
**Location**:Bangalore - Manyata Tech Park

**Business & Team**:
The Chief Data Analytics Office (CDAO) provides specialized data services and platforms for the CommBank group & is accountable for developing Group’s data strategy, data policy & standards, governance and set requirements for data enablers/tools. The team is also accountable to facilitate a community of practitioners to share best practice and build data talent and capabilities.

**Impact **& Contribution:
This position and its team will work on the Decision Strategy Framework, Assist decision analysts in their day to day activities, Asses Functional Requirements, Reporting, and Simulation & Control Requirements, support Marketing Transformation, Channel Transformation, Enablement of Analytical Modelling, guide and improve Proposition Design and Decision Strategy Design.

Managing and working closely with stakeholders and requirements to ensure your business plan is reflective of the business priorities, and also manage your own pipeline with strong stakeholder engagement.

Executing on the Customer Decisioning Strategy and developing and delivering on your own business plan for you and your team.

**Roles & R **esponsibilities**:
You will be expected to perform the following tasks and responsibilities in a manner consistent with CBA's Values and People Capabilities.

Core Responsibilities:

- Focused on establishing Decisioning frameworks to support business strategies, and share Best Practices from other engagements
- Facilitate and participate in decision strategy and business solution workshops
- Ensures alignment between business requirements and Decisioning product capabilities, and Leads Proposition and Logic Design and Development Activities
- Reviews and support strategy and logic testing activities
- Mentors, coach and train BAU support team on technical problem identification and resolution
- Facilitates business transformation efforts
- Provide various support levels to all stakeholders within the Marketing and Decisioning Framework.
- Implement enhancements where possible to the engine and support future initiatives.
- Work with upcoming Strategic projects to ensure Customer Decisioning Strategic objectives are met, and manage the capability development by following the banks SDLC guidelines/Agile Delivery
- Understand the key end-to-end processes that creates value for the customer and profits for the bank
- Understand personal and team accountabilities and expected results.
- Manage the knowledge sharing process of technical SMEs for Customer Decisioning centralized assets
- Work closely with Enterprise Services (IT) Architects and Solution Designers to ensure adherence and integration into enterprise designs and frameworks.
- Executing on the Data Enablement and Visualization team Strategy and developing and delivering on your own business plan
- Role model the CBA vision and values and build a strong team culture that drives employee engagement.
- Risk: Operate within the CBA Group risk appetite and effectively manage strategic and operational risk related to data.
- Adhere to the **Code of Conduct **. The Code of Conduct sets the standards of behavior, actions and decisions we expect from our people.

**Essential S **kills**:

- Stakeholder management - advanced ability and extensive experience managing large and varied stakeholder groups across levels, and influencing group-wide change
- Leadership - advanced ability influencing varied stakeholder groups, and inspiring large, diverse group of data and analytics professionals around a vision and a unified way to consume data.
- Communication - expert oral and written communication skills with ability to lead discussions with a varied stakeholder across levels.
- Problem solving - advanced conceptual, analytical and problem-solving skills to analyze complex information for key insights and present as meaningful information to senior management.
- Risk Mindset -All CommBank employees are expected to proactively identify and understand, openly discuss and act on current and future risks.
- 3-7 years’ experience in design, architecture or development in Pega Case Management and Decisioning.
- Experience leading Data Capability building projects. Experience in driving decisions across groups of stakeholders.
- Experience with CRM, Marketing software, Channel integration, Real Time Decisioning is desirable.
