Garment Lab Technician

Responsible to carry out various tests on fabrics and garments.
This will entail cutting fabric, sewing, measuring, laundering and reporting.
Conduct in-house quality check on fabric weight and construction, colour inspection and fabric inspection
**Operate different machines for quality control checks**:
Fusing Machine.
Hydraulic cutter.
Sewing Machine.
Bond Strength Machine.
Colour inspection Machine
Archiving fabric samples.
Housekeeping for the lab.
**What you will need**:
Diploma holder in any discipline.
Basic knowledge of sewing and an interest in fashion would be a plus.
Willing to undergo training under Career Conversion Programme Place and Train.
Must not have worked in the same job scope.
