**Sr Procurement Specialist**:

- Experience Level: Individual Contributor- Job Type: Full-Time- Location: Singapore - Singapore, SG- Requisition ID: 4023**Job Summary**
Implement/manage procurement objectives & policies for QI and offices in Asia (Exclude BJ/ DZ factories). Responsible for the coordination and purchases to achieve the most favorable quality, service, and cost for product/services.

**Responsibilities**
- Execution of QI Spore and Asia offices (exclude factories in BJ and Dezhou) indirect purchasing; ensuring bjectives are clearly set, monitoring progress to objectives.
- Work with requestors/users to establish scope of works/services, and/or product specifications, to facilitate the process of soliciting quotations, request for price proposals, competitive bidding, as per Procurement procedures.
- Source for competitive quotes, price evaluation & benchmark, negotiations of prices and commercial terms and conditions
- Provide purchasing support to functional stakeholders for the purchase of (but not limited to) goods, services, capital equipment
- Ensure timely processing of purchase requisitions, order releases, and/or confirmation of purchase and/or service agreements.
- Delivery assurance and follow-up to insure goods are delivered, and/or services are completed in accordance with committed fulfillment dates.
- Coordinate the resolution of non-conforming goods, and/or services, and delivery recovery planning.
- Perform procurement and contracting activities including pre-qualification, tender management, negotiation, and preparation of contracts.
- Partner with a cross functional team to identify & leverage on spending to drive Indirect procurement savings.
- Support critical supplier relationships in alignment with global and regional category managers.
- Responsible for managing the daily supplier interaction to ensure continuity of supply the assigned categories
- Responsible for oversight of PO structure, timely purchase orders submittal and follows-up with suppliers on orders and related issues
- Works with Accounts payable to resolve any Good Receipt/Invoice Receipt issues.
- Ensure compliance with corporate purchasing policies

**Qualifications & Competencies**
- Bachelors degree and above with at least 5 to 7 years of SAP and procurement experience
- Excellent communication skills with all relevant stakeholders of internal company and external suppliers
- Good presentation and negotiation abilities
- Able to build strong collaborative working relationship with external stakeholders. Fluency in both of oral and written English
- Ability to interact with all levels of the organization
- SAP systems experience related to maintaining responsibility for system data integrity, to ensure disruption free supply of materials and services
- Ability to anticipate roadblocks and issues with suppliers and take proactive steps to resolve
