**WEEKLY RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Implement sales target per doors and track performance of Beauty Advisors.
- Build and maintain strategic relationships with Sephora stores through timely communication, impactful training methods, and successful event planning and execution.
- Work closely with regional retailer partners to maximize retailer training opportunities and execute best-in-class trainings/events.
- Train and coach - Beauty Advisors on sales goals, product, and brand messaging.

**MONTHLY RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Customize training materials and brand messaging from North America to support brand growth and awareness in the _EU/SEA/ME_ market.
- Provide monthly sales report for doors managed by Advisors.
- Connect with stores and retailer partners on training ratings/ Love Scores with Sephora.
- Communicate with the Sales Team to ensure consistent in-store message.
- Create consistent, meaningful content for social media platforms, including writing and executing social media posts in conjunction with the marketing department while promoting social media campaigns, product launches, and ongoing brand themes.
- Attend retailers' press days, training event and sales events as a brand ambassador.
- Facilitate product and material send out in the region.

**ONGOING RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Promote and exhibit brand values of positivity and inclusivity with professionalism while maintaining a positive attitude.
- Stay up to date on best practices and emerging trends in social media.
- Comprehensive knowledge within the area they create content and train (product, artistry, service experience)
- Must be able to demonstrate the skills they teach themselves.
- Partner with the Director of Education & Director of Digital Content to collaborate and implement content in both fields.
- Provide feedback on product, sales, and educational content to the Director of Education to scale Beauty Advisor & client engagement.
- Manage the recruitment of new beauty advisors in collaboration with retailers and the Director of Education.
- Will be responsible for staying within T & E budgets and the company expense policy.
- Ability to work collaboratively and build positive/effective business partnerships.

J**ob Qualifications**:

- 4+ years of experience in sales or education.
- Strength with time management and the ability to prioritize tasks.
- Must have strong developmental and indirect management experiences, which have been demonstrated by positive past sales performance.
- Solid coaching, leadership, and communication skills are also a must.
- 20% in office + 80% in-store

Pay: $5,500.00 - $6,500.00 per month
