DESIGNATION : Assistant Manager, Employability and Student Affairs

RESPONSIBILITIES
The Employability & Student Affairs team supports students in their learning experience. It provides services, programmes and workshops necessary to enhance students’ employability and ensures that they are equally engaged in fun-filled activities.

**Roles and Responsibilities**
- Work closely with the IT department to understand and translate business needs and processes into IT solutions.
- Manage and upkeep current systems, ensuring data is captured and features maintained/updated accordingly.
- Contribute to designing and analyzing selected data from current systems
- Develop training document, assist in IT change management, and conduct user training sessions, work will include but not limited to creating user guides.
- Track system usage and adoption status and assist in adoption planning.
- Extract and analyze data and present insights for process improvement purposes.
- Consolidate data for reporting purposes
- Plan adoption of ESA’s digital portals namely online job portal (managed by Simplicity) and e-learning portal (powered by Skillsoft, Percipio)

QUALIFICATIONS
**Job Requirements**
- A Bachelor’s degree, preferably in IT related discipline. Entry level computer graduates with relevant internship experience are welcome to apply.
- Previous experience in project management and business systems configuration.
- Hands on knowledge using business or student systems extensively will be preferred
- Possess excellent writing and communications skills, meticulous and problem-solving skills.
- Proven experience in working independently in an effective manner.
- Strong business process and analytical skills with the ability to assimilate information quickly and communicate complex requirements and issues clearly and concisely. The ability to understand the business questions that users are trying to get answered is essential.
