**Salary Up to $3000**
**Summary**
The Logistics Supervisor plays a pivotal role in ensuring efficient and effective management of the logistics operations. This position involves overseeing the coordination of transportation, distribution, and warehousing activities to optimize processes, minimize costs, and enhance customer satisfaction. The Logistics Supervisor will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to uphold the highest standards of operational excellence.
**Responsibilities**:
- Perform daily warehouse duties including inbound (loading/unloading container;), outbound (pick/pack), materials handling.
- Perform simple WMS duties.
- Ensure warehouse operations are running smoothly and efficiently
- Ensure safety, cleanliness, and tidiness housekeeping of the department.
- To ensure all orders are picked and completed on the same day without any spillover/backlog
- To ensure that customers orders are processed promptly and accurately to support daily warehouse operations.
- To perform stock counts
- Any other ad hoc duties assigned by Logistics Manager
**Job Requirement**
- At least 2 to 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field
- Relevant supervising working experience, leading a team of at least 5 warehouse assistants in the warehouse
- Basic knowledge of warehouse operations and IT skills
- Good leadership and decision-making skills
