**The Role**

**You will be responsible for**:

- Coordinate with the logistics team to perform logistics support and supply chain functions of the company.
- Coordinate with the logistics team to perform logistics support and supply chain functions of the company.
- Ensure all movements of materials are physically accounted for and updated in system
- Accountable for inventory accuracy
- Supervise and train junior staff
- Carry out operations plans as instructed by superior
- Assist in Lean management and other Projects
- Ensure smooth operation in all aspects of store including storage of materials and coordinating of vendors, internal parties and deliveries
- Maintain good housekeeping, security and work safety
- Perform transactions in SAP system
- Manage reverse logistics (Returns, NCR- non conformity)
- Scrap management within plant (Metal, Lubs, General, Cartons)
- Conduct cycle count, annual stock take
- Reassignment to cover other branches when required.
- Coordinate with all branches for inter-branch store transferring
- Maintain and file all incoming and outgoing documents
- Generate monthly report to supervisor
- Take on ad-hoc request/projects as and when assigned by immediate supervisor
- Manage ageing stock inventory value
- Communicate with end-user on stocks over flow

**Ideal Profile**

**Requirements**:

- Minimum GCE ‘O’-Level certificate with at least 3 years of relevant work experience in Logistics, Supply Chain or Warehousing
- Great sense of urgency in a fast pace environment
- Independent, has initiative and is meticulous
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Familiar with Purchasing and WMS will be an advantage
- Experience in SAP will be an added advantage
- Forklift license
